RAMON LIMA C.
Born in Panama on 9 December 1947. Married, father
of two.
In 1972 obtained his Law Degreee at the University
of Panama.
From 18 September 1972 to 1 November 1974 was Legal
Adviser of the Office of the General Comptroller of
the Republic of Panama.
From 1 November 1974 through 1 June 1976 worked as
lawyer in Arias, Fabrega y Fabrega.
From 1 June 1976 until 1 July 1984 was in house lawyer
of the Swiss Bank Corporation in Panama.
Served as Vice Minister of Goverment and Justice from
22 December 1989 to 8 April 1991, and was former Alternate
Magistrate of the Electoral Court. Served as National Director of Immigration from September 2004 to July 2005.
He is member of the National Bar Association, Legal
Adviser Ad-Honoren of the Diplomatic Representation
of Switzerland in Panama and Legal Consultant Ad-Honorem
of the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of Panama. Legal Adviser of L'Alliance Francaise of Panama.

MARIA CRISTINA LIMA
Born in Panama on 14 January 1979.
Obtained her Law Degree at the Universidad Santa María
la Antigua in 2002.
LLM in Banking and Financial Law at Boston University in
2003.
Joined our Law firm since 2002.

MIRIAM
AMORES CORREA
Born in Panama on 4 May 1962. Married, mother of two
children.
On 1987 obtained her Law Degree at the University
of Panama.Along her University career she belonged
to the "Sigma Lambda" Honour Society.
On 1995 attained her specialization in Procedure Law.
Since that year is professor at the Law School of
the University of Panama, where has teached the academic
subjects of Procedure Law, Civil Procedure Law and
Probationary Law.
She is member of the National Bar Association.

Born
in August 19 of 1956, Barú, Chiriquí,
Panamá
